Aaron P. Ryan is a member of the Bar of Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois. He concentrates his practice in two areas of the law - Medical Malpractice and Railroad Defense Litigation. With regard to Medical Malpractice, Mr. Ryan has defended both physicians and institutions in Wrongful Death and Survival Actions involving a variety of medical issues from cardiac to traumatic brain/birth injuries. With regard to Railroad Defense Litigation, Mr. Ryan has defended FELA claims, grade crossing accidents and premise liability matters.
Mr. Ryan earned his B.S, summa cum laude, from DePaul University in 1996 and his J.D., summa cum laude, from the DePaul College of Law in 2003. He was named a “Rising Star” in 2009 and 2010. He is also a member for the First District Committee on Character and Fitness.
