Tracy Weiner was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1999 and concentrates her practice in the area of Hospital Liability Defense, Medical Malpractice Litigation and General Civil Litigation. Ms. Weiner is also admitted to the Kansas Bar, Missouri Bar and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, Ms. Weiner earned her B.A. at Indiana University in 1993 and her J.D. at the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1997. During law school, she served as the Research Editor for the Urban Lawyer law journal and co-authored The Return to State Autonomy: The Eleventh Amendment and Other Key Decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court and Lower Courts Affecting State and Local Government 1995-1996, 28 URB.
